24 Quail Egg Tray with 3 Layers
Twenty four quail eggs across three clear layers: the Q24L3 measures 186 by 126 by 41 mm and is the high capacity choice for quail packers who want retail impact without a bigger footprint. Three stacked tiers hold every egg in its own visible pocket.
The layered design is efficient for both display and transport, since one footprint carries nearly double the count of a flat tray. PET layers lock together and stay transparent under chilled cabinet lighting, keeping the speckled eggs on full show.
Filling a three layer pack works differently from filling a flat one: each tier is loaded and nested in turn, so the team needs a steady bench rather than a long line. In return the pack holds twenty four eggs in roughly the space of a fourteen cavity flat tray, which is why sellers with narrow market stalls favour the layered format.
In transport the nested layers behave as one rigid block, so a carton of 480 trays can be palletised without extra corner protection. Buyers shipping long distances often choose the L3 family precisely because the stacked eggs support one another inside the frame.
Buy the Q24L3 at US$0.10 per piece, 480 pieces per carton, MOQ 3 cartons, delivered in 1 to 2 weeks. Yelui Packaging produces the three layer family in eighteen and twenty four counts and can quote custom layer combinations for bulk buyers. Inquire below.

Quality Comparison
Not all clear egg trays are the same. In the comparison below, the poor quality tray looks dim and yellow, blocks the view of the eggs, bends under pressure and cracks after a short time in service. The premium tray from Yelui stays ultra clear, keeps its rigidity and is built for long term storage, so your eggs look better and break less.
We also test what matters in real life. A 10 kg weight is placed on a single tray: cheap trays crack immediately and every cell breaks, while the Yelui tray stays stable without damage. That is the difference our customers receive in every carton.
Customization
Beyond egg trays, Yelui Packaging molds a full range of blister packaging: trays, boxes, clamshells and custom cavity layouts for food, gifts and retail products. Send us your idea and our team will design the mold, produce samples and ship from our own factory.
