8 Preserved Egg Tray for Shell-On Eggs
The HP8 is an 8 cavity clear plastic preserved egg tray molded from rigid, transparent PET. Designed for deli counters and gift packaging programs, it holds every egg securely in place while keeping the full contents visible at a glance. 8 Preserved Eggs Tray (with Shell) measures 116 × 230 × 72 mm, a compact footprint that fits standard retail displays and transport crates.
The tray’s molded walls cradle every egg separately, and the rim design lets one unit stack firmly on top of another, handy for storage, delivery runs and countertop presentation. Clear PET keeps its shape in chilled display cabinets and does not turn brittle during normal handling, so the packaging arrives looking as neat as it left the factory.
The eight count sits on the narrow 116 mm width shared with the six and ten counts, so three preserved trays line up on one shelf and a crate built for one takes the others. The nine and twelve counts are wider and need a facing of their own.
A carton holds 400 pieces, and at US$0.08 a piece the cost is one cent for each egg slot. At 230 mm long it sits in the middle of the narrow line, between the 174 mm six count and the 288 mm ten count, so the shelf depth does not change as the count grows.

Quality Comparison
Not all clear egg trays are the same. In the comparison below, the poor quality tray looks dim and yellow, blocks the view of the eggs, bends under pressure and cracks after a short time in service. The premium tray from Yelui stays ultra clear, keeps its rigidity and is built for long term storage, so your eggs look better and break less.
We also test what matters in real life. A 10 kg weight is placed on a single tray: cheap trays crack immediately and every cell breaks, while the Yelui tray stays stable without damage. That is the difference our customers receive in every carton.
Customization
Beyond egg trays, Yelui Packaging molds a full range of blister packaging: trays, boxes, clamshells and custom cavity layouts for food, gifts and retail products. Send us your idea and our team will design the mold, produce samples and ship from our own factory.
